Distance Selling Agreement
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are provided below, and the BUYER, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER
(The name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address provided by the buyer when placing the order in the system will be used as the basis for purchasing the product.)
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website https://chillandout.co , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to this agreement.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, color, number of products, sales price, payment method, and delivery information are as stated in the order form, and this information becomes an integral part of the Agreement once confirmed by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER during the order process via HepsiJet cargo company.
Delivery time is 2-5 business days from the order confirmation date.
If the BUYER is not at the address or if delivery is delayed, the shipping company should be contacted.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to return the product received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
The shipping cost for returns is paid by the BUYER.
The product must be in its original packaging, complete, unused, and in a resalable condition.
Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., with names, custom prints, etc.) cannot be returned.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER via the payment method used within 14 days of the product reaching the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 - METHOD OF PAYMENT
The BUYER can pay for the product using a bank or credit card.
The security of card information used during the payment process is ensured by the payment infrastructure provider. The SELLER does not store or share card information with third parties.
ARTICLE 7 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal information available at https://chillandout.co , and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
If, after delivery of the product, the payment is not made to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution due to the unauthorized use of the BUYER's credit card, the BUYER is obliged to return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 days.
If the SELLER is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing delivery, it will inform the BUYER of this. The BUYER has the right to cancel the order or request a postponement of delivery.
ARTICLE 8 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the event of any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, shall have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 9 - ENTRY INTO FORCE
By placing an order through https://chillandout.co , the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The contract enters into force as soon as it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
